friend,
I just wanted to follow up our meeting at the Halifax Tattoo
and to say
again how great I thought the Yukes were. If you thought it
might be
possible to come to Scotland one day to participate in our
tattoo, that would be wonderful.
It
happens every August in Edinburgh at the same time as The
Edinburgh International Festival, the Edinburgh Book, Jazz,
Film, Dance and Film Festivals and something which is rather
hard to explain
called the Edinburgh Fringe.
They all have websites and all take place
during the month of August each summer.
Try looking at the official Edinburgh Military Tattoo website
to give you
a feel for what we are. We are in our 58th Season and I know
that an
appearance by the LUE would be a real crowd pleaser.
